What is Chrisko?

CHRISKO is a Thailand based trading and manufacturing company that provides one-stop service. We strive to provide a one-stop customer journey that answers to all. Beyond our regular trading service, is a seamless experience that we offer to our clients with consultation, customizations, execution, tooling investments, full quality check team, all the way to products safely delivered to port via our shipping department.

Where are you located?

Our showroom is located in Bangkok, Thailand. We welcome and offer private visits to clients. Please email or call us to set up an appointment. For more information on direction, locate our showroom. 

I can’t find this product I’m looking for.

Our search bar is located on the top right corner of the webpage. You can search by keywords, categories and color. Ultimately, if the item/s you are looking for isn’t on our website or if you are looking for a customized product, please feel free to contact us at export@chrisko.com . We are more than happy to assist with all inquiries. 

Can I order samples to ship overseas?

Yes, we can ship a few samples to clients world-wide. At CHRISKO, quality and service are one of our utmost concerns, therefore we want our clients to see and feel the quality standard of our products prior to purchase. 

How can I track my order?

For samples, once shipped, we will provide a tracking code for you.  For your order, our shipping team will be in close communication with you throughout the shipment. 

Is there a minimum quantity?

Generally, we ask clients for a minimum value of USD$6,000 per shipment. This is to optimize cost-efficient spending both ends. Minimum quantity varies between items. Some items we accept a full case pack of 144pcs for instance. Some, if we do not have production in line, we may require more. Please contact us for more details. 

What payment options and currency do you support?

Currently, we only accept US Dollars for payment. For sample charges, we accept payment via paypal.  For order payment, we accept international bank transfers. 

Are all products made in Thailand?

Yes, all products from Chrisko are locally sourced and manufactured in Thailand. 

Can I customize a product/design/color/packaging?

Yes, we can customize products per client’s request. Having worked with numerous products categories and brands, our professional team will work with you closely throughout the process. 

What is the general lead time for order? (how long does it take for the products be shipped?)

The general lead time for most products are around 30-45 days, starting from the day the order is confirmed. For wooden products, since these are naturally sourced material, we will require around 60-90 days lead time.

What is the shipment terms and conditions of payment?

Samples: we ship via designated courier (i.e. local post, Fedex, UPS). Shipping charges will be calculated based on products, destination and courier. Payment via paypal is acceptable. 

Orders: we ship via sea freight either the designated courier/agent or with our partnered agents in FOB delivery term. Payment with 40% deposit and 60% balance against shipment. For more details, please email us. 
 

What is the best way to place an order?

Orders may be placed through our representatives via e-mail or fax. Our representatives are available Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday 8.30am - 12.00pm (Bangkok time). 

Who should I contact if I have questions regarding my order after I have mad a purchase?

Shipping Information

For your order, the products are shipped via sea freight either the designated courier/agent or with our partnered agents. For special request on air freight shipment, please kindly contact us via email. We provide to port as well as door-to-door airfreight services.
